Defective Products — Legal Warranty

Inspection on receipt: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ligo.com so we can assess the issue.

Legal warranty: The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery. If a product is not conforming, you may request, free of charge, its repair or replacement. If neither is possible, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Notification period: Any lack of conformity must be reported within 2 months of its discovery.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the product.

How to proceed: Contact info@ligo.com with your proof of purchase and a description (and, where possible, photos) of the defect. We will guide you through the repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund process.
